About

Built by sales operators, for sales operators.

RevPhlo exists because the reporting tools available to high-ticket sales teams were never actually built for high-ticket sales teams. We lived the problem — now we're building the solution.

The problem we lived with every day

The data existed across five different tools, nobody's numbers matched, and by the time you compiled a report it was already outdated. Closers spent 20+ minutes every night on end-of-day reports that were still inaccurate. Managers made decisions on gut feel instead of real attribution data. Revenue leaked through the cracks because nobody could trace a dollar from ad click to Stripe payment.

RevPhlo connects directly to the tools high-ticket teams already use — GoHighLevel, Stripe, Fathom, Zoom, and Slack — and turns fragmented data into a unified sales intelligence dashboard. AI-generated post-call notes, automated revenue attribution, live leaderboards, and Stripe payment matching — everything the spreadsheet was trying to be, except it's accurate and nobody has to type anything.

Dylan

Dylan

Co-Founder & CEO

Dylan has spent years inside high-ticket sales operations — managing closers, reviewing call recordings, reconciling Stripe payments against CRM data, and building the spreadsheets that were supposed to give leadership visibility into what was actually happening after calls were booked. He built RevPhlo to solve the problem he lived with every day: giving sales leaders real-time, trustworthy visibility into post-booking performance without asking anyone to change how they work.

Jake is the co-founder of Systemized Sales and brings deep expertise in building and scaling high-ticket sales organizations. He's seen firsthand how fragmented reporting cripples decision-making at scale — and how the right data infrastructure turns a good sales team into a great one. Jake's operational experience across multiple sales organizations directly shapes RevPhlo's product roadmap.

Co-Founder & Head of Product

Ben leads product development at RevPhlo. As a sales manager who's lived inside the day-to-day chaos of high-ticket operations, he understands exactly which metrics matter, which workflows break, and where teams lose revenue to bad data. Ben ensures every feature RevPhlo ships solves a real problem that sales managers actually face — not just a problem that looks good on a product roadmap.

Why RevPhlo exists

High-ticket sales teams generate millions in revenue but operate with the reporting infrastructure of a lemonade stand. They use Google Sheets as dashboards, Slack messages as data pipelines, and memory as their source of truth.

Enterprise CRMs like HubSpot and Salesforce have powerful reporting — but they're built for enterprise sales motions, not the setter-closer model that dominates high-ticket. General-purpose dashboard tools like Databox can visualize data, but they can't generate it. None of them connect the dots between a Fathom call recording, a GoHighLevel appointment, and a Stripe payment.

RevPhlo is purpose-built sales intelligence software for the teams that fall through those gaps — the ones running real sales operations on GoHighLevel and Stripe who need revenue tracking, post-booking analytics, and coaching insights without migrating their entire stack.

What we believe

Data should be automatic

If a human has to type it, it's already wrong. RevPhlo pulls data directly from source systems — no manual entry, no EOD reports, no Google Forms.

Sales teams deserve real tools

A sorted spreadsheet column is not a leaderboard. A Slack message is not a report. Sales operations software should work like the rest of your tech stack — connected, real-time, and reliable.

Attribution matters more than activity

Call volume is noise. Revenue per source, cash collected by closer, and close rate by traffic channel — that's signal. RevPhlo tracks what actually drives revenue.

The best tool is the one you already use

RevPhlo doesn't replace your CRM, your dialer, or your payment processor. It connects to them and gives you the reporting layer they're missing.
